Pricing. Every project is quoted in writing up front, in euros and excluding VAT. Nothing is invoiced until you have accepted the quote.

Delivery. A digital service, delivered on the schedule set out in the quote. Nothing is shipped physically.

Cancellation and refunds. You can cancel at any time. You pay only for work already done, and anything you have overpaid is refunded to the same payment method within ten working days.

Privacy. We use your details only to quote, do the work, and invoice, and never sell them on. Payments are handled by Stripe, so card details never reach us. This site uses no cookies.
